This very flavourful brie is a beautiful dark cream colour, rich, soft and creamy wrapped in a moist orange rind. The daily<br />

washing of the surface of the cheese gives it strong aromas of yeast and sweet tangy flavours. Accompanied with plum<br />

paste and caramelised hazelnuts.<br />
