The lower level <strong>of</strong> the Center tracescranberry production history, while the upper floor <strong>of</strong>fers agift shop and ice cream parlor. A lunch <strong>of</strong> chicken breast,broccoli with cheese, rice, salad, bread, beverage, and cranberryand walnut crisp will be enjoyed at Burnstad’sEuropean Café.
