Per unit pricesalso depend on the quantityordered—with typical breakpoints of100, 500, and 1000 unit orders. Theother interesting twist is that mostvendors charge higher prices fordarker-colored items. The actual costs and the price Bob charges fluctuate, so they aredetermined by the clerks at the time of the sale. This form also contains the pricingbreakdown for printing the individual artwork. The price is determined by the number ofimprints and the number of colors. It is critical for clerks to enter all of the exact colors onthe form.20
