Theenclosure bodies are made ofquality 16 GA steel, with cornerseems continuously welded. Thecover is made of clear polycarbonate.The opening has acurled lip around all sides to preventdripping water from enteringthe enclosure when the door isopen, it also increases rigidity. Ahigh quality robotically poured-inplaceseamless gasket ensures acomplete and durable water tightseal. The enclosures feature diecast hinges which are bound tothe clear cover by a removablehinge pin.Eurobex's exclusive flangemounted¼ turn locking systeminsures positive closing whileleaving a full clear viewing areaon the door. Each enclosurecomes complete with a 14 GAinner panel which mounts onweld nuts. The enclosure can beHinge pin iseasily pulled outto remove door5412 ESCHVinternally mounted or externalymounted using the included diecast wall mounting feet. Thesefeet have oblong holes to facilitateinstallation. Enclosures andpanels are finished with heatfused polyester powder, electrostaticallyapplied on a phosphatizedbase.
