The challenge<br />

A major national oil company (NOC) is<br />

collaborat<strong>in</strong>g with Accenture to implement<br />

a companywide, <strong>in</strong>tegrated digital field<br />

management program aimed to improve<br />

production, reduce costs, <strong>in</strong>crease oil<br />

recovery and improve <strong>the</strong> safety of<br />

operations. Jo<strong>in</strong>t project teams are<br />

implement<strong>in</strong>g a number of <strong>in</strong>itiatives<br />

at two of <strong>the</strong> NOC’s sites: an onshore<br />

brownfield and an offshore deepwater<br />

greenfield.<br />

Efforts at <strong>the</strong> onshore site are focused<br />

on develop<strong>in</strong>g and implement<strong>in</strong>g an<br />

<strong>in</strong>tegrated digital field management<br />

solution to support operations. Accenture<br />

The NOC expects to improve production<br />
