This special Day/Night camera has a much wider dynamic range than regular CCTV
cameras. It is designed mainly for installation in areas where you have very strong
backlighting behind the object you wish to view. A regular CCTV camera will either
adjust to see what is outside, making the subject dark and unidentifi able inside the
room OR if the camera is adjusted to see the subject inside, you can no longer see
what is outside, the background simply becomes too bright. However, by using our
Wide Dynamic Camera you will be able to see clearly both inside and outside.
