The Dilling Group Inc. has been providing innovative
industrial solutions for over 60 years through our
many service groups. We can operate collectively as
a turn-key provider or as independent service
providers anywhere in the continental United States.
As a merit shop operation with a solid balance sheet,
we believe in building long term relationships with our
clients.
Dick Dilling is the proud owner of Dilling Group Inc.,
and has watched it grow from a small residential
plumbing operation that his father started in 1947,
to a multi-million dollar company that now employs
nearly 1000 people through its various entities.
Serving as a Marine in Vietnam, Dick
learned some hard lessons that he’s
used throughout his professional
career.
“Our customers always
come first and every one of
my employees knows that I
expect their best. Having a
company with my family
name on it is a reflection
of my values and I want
my customers to know
that I am personally committed
to each of them.” ~ Dick Dilling
Our employees share in the vision that Mr. Dilling
has created; taking pride in hard work, continuous
improvement and customer satisfaction.
Quality, Safety, and Training are critical components
to our success. For example, nearly 90% of our
employees are OSHA 30 trained, with 100% having
received the minimum OSHA 10 hour training.
By ensuring that we have a safe worksite, we can
ensure a quality product.
In work being performed
for a confidential client,
Our welders have the highest
NDE acceptance rate of
98% on X-rayed pipe on the
construction site. Quality isn’t
just a word for us, we back up
our promise of quality with
action.
We perform a variety of services for our clients to
include the following:
Mechanical Services
Electrical Services
Variable Staffing
Engineering
Automation Controls
Fabrication
Here’s a brief overview of
our service groups:
Quote from Steel Dynamics (Project from Cover Photo)
Steel Dynamics has worked with the Dilling Group since the
construction of our first production facility in Butler, Indiana in
1994. We have since continued to utilize their services at our
other production facilities, whether on new installations or as a
day to day provider of industrial maintenance support. We value their
experience and commitment to safety and consider them a valuable
partner in our goal to be the low cost carbon steel provider.
