I realizedthen that breast cancer canaffect anyone,” rememberedMelissa. “That is why it is soimportant for me to be part ofPink Ring.”In 2011, 76 participantscame together to raise morethan $50,000, bringing theevent’s total fundraising toover $165,000 for women’shealth.
