Nonyphenol ethoxylates
The Arkopal ® N grades are used as an emulsifier in emulsion polymerization,
as wax emulsifier, in pigment pastes and as stabilizer in paints
and coatings. They are resistant to metal salts, offer good dispersing
properties and, depending on the degree of ethoxylation, excellent

Emulsogen ® TS grades are an excellent dispersing agent for organic
pigments and carbon black to produce stable, free flowing pigment
preparations with high solid contents and with low viscosities. Used
in paints and coatings formulations, Emulsogen ® TS improves the
wetting and surface action. As wetting agents, Arkopal ® N 090 and
Arkopal ® N 100 are the most effective grades. The excellent emulsifying
properties of a number of Arkopal ® N grades furthermore allow
the preparation of stable emulsions.
