<strong>TERMEC</strong> <strong>Wood</strong> <strong>pellet</strong> <strong>burner</strong> <strong>TERMEC</strong> is a unique product for optimal and complete combustionof wood <strong>pellet</strong>s. The product consists of two parts: a <strong>burner</strong> body (placed in<strong>to</strong> the solid fuel boiler) and ascrew-transporting system which connects the <strong>pellet</strong> s<strong>to</strong>rage <strong>with</strong> the <strong>burner</strong> body. Burner function is fully au<strong>to</strong>matic and it can be programmed seven days a week.Burner regulation procedure is based on two input parameters: water temperatureinside the boiler and flue gas temperature. Unlike other similar products available on the market, <strong>TERMEC</strong> has two advantagefeatures:1) basic model can cover a wide <strong>power</strong> <strong>range</strong> from 10 <strong>to</strong> 50 <strong>KW</strong>! There are higher <strong>power</strong>models <strong>up</strong> <strong>to</strong> 100, 150, 200 and <strong>350</strong> <strong>KW</strong>.2) it has an additional screw-transporter inside the <strong>burner</strong> body which mechanicallyfeeds the <strong>pellet</strong>s in<strong>to</strong> the flame tube, where <strong>pellet</strong>s are blown out in<strong>to</strong> the boiler by theaxial fan. The additional transporter is an essential safety feature which prevents<strong>pellet</strong>s from eventual reverse flame from the boiler. Combustion process can be divided in<strong>to</strong> 5 phases: ignition, flame stabilization, mainworking cycle, modulation and turning off. When <strong>burner</strong> has reached desired temperatureset by user, it will continue working in the modulation cycle - which meansminimum <strong>power</strong> consumption.TKU3 PELLET Three-pass solid fuel boiler TKU3 PELLET is fully compatible <strong>with</strong> <strong>TERMEC</strong> <strong>burner</strong> forwood <strong>pellet</strong> combustion (efficiency level 91%) and it fulfills the requirements of theEuropean norm EN 303/5. Boiler comes <strong>to</strong>gether <strong>with</strong> s<strong>to</strong>rage for <strong>pellet</strong>s <strong>with</strong> capacity for round 200 kg of <strong>pellet</strong>s,which can be freely positioned near the boiler. Boiler is equipped <strong>with</strong> a thermometer, removable ash-tray and cleaning kit and also<strong>with</strong> a thermostat <strong>to</strong> prevent condensation (caused by low temperature of the return pipe). Upper door of the boiler is covered by fire-proof glass <strong>with</strong> a secondary air-inlet.
