just after a storm had passed through the area.<br />

After what has been a very busy year for every<strong>on</strong>e<br />

involved with <str<strong>on</strong>g>DCS</str<strong>on</strong>g>, it seemed like a serene way to<br />

close the last editi<strong>on</strong> of Emergency for <str<strong>on</strong>g>2011</str<strong>on</strong>g>.<br />
