Inthis way the comfort of thepatient is guaranteed. Theoptimal bevel/catheter tipdistance reduces the risk ofpassing through the vein.Winged catheter hubThe wings ensure easy fixation of thecatheter. The EN/ISO coloured hub ofthe SURFLO ® -W with wings confirms thecatheter size.Injection portThis allows the intermittent injection ofmedicines during infusion.A protective cap using EN/ISO colourcoding ensures reliable closure andavoids the risk of contamination. Theinjection port is latex free.

®Surflo -WFlash backThe flashback chamber is transparentfor easy detection of the flashback.The microporous hydrophobic filter, byallowing the passage of air, ensuresreliable closure to avoid any risk ofcontamination.
