Orderforms can be downloaded from our web sitewww.northerncontours.com. Orders areaccepted 24 hours a day 7 days a week, andcomplete orders are processed the samebusiness day if received before 3 PM, M – F.Orders may be placed in inches or millimeters.Order the exact size to the nearest 1/32 inch ornearest millimeter. Orders are always enteredwidth x height.Incomplete orders will be placed on hold untilmissing information is obtained. Orders on holdare not released for production and couldextend the lead time. Examples of orders onhold include incomplete product information,missing signature, or missing credit card/payment information.New AccountsFor all new accounts, a deposit of 50% orpayment by credit card is required. Placing an OrderDelivery Methods and ChargesOrder size and delivery location will determinehow your product will be shipped. Typicallysmaller orders ship via UPS or FedEx Groundand larger orders ship via common carrier.Please indicate your shipping preference andreceiving capabilities (including whether or notyou have a forklift) on your <strong>Northern</strong> <strong>Contours</strong>order form. Note that deliveries to residentiallocations may incur additional delivery chargesby freight carriers.All prices are FOB from one of our productionfacilities. Freight charges are based on the totalweight of the order and are added to the invoiceat the time of shipment. Install them on cabinets near selfcleaningovens, broilers and dishwashers. Heatshields are 1.56” wide by 30” in length and .05”thick. They are fabricated from cold rolled steel,finished in a durable white, almond, or blackpowder coat, and predrilled for easy installation.Installation Instructions:Place heat strip against cabinet frame.Heat strip should be even with the frontedge of the cabinet doors withcountersunk holes towards back ofcabinet.
