Failure to acknowledgedamages at time of delivery will greatly reduceNorthern Contours carrier recourse options.Lost or Missing ProductVerify all orders are complete and accurate at timeof delivery and report any discrepancy within 48hours of receipt by calling Northern ContoursCustomer Service 877.998.1814.If you suspect the product is missing due toshipping damages, sign the BOL or deliveryreceipt stating you suspect there is productmissing and have the driver sign or initial allcopies. Failure to acknowledge missing productdue to shipping damages at time of delivery willgreatly reduce Northern Contours carrier recourseoptions.RemakesWhen damages, defects or errors are found withyour order, contact Northern Contours CustomerService within 48 hours of delivery. **We willcharge for and replace the component(s). Theproduct will be shipped, freight pre-paid, within 3days of being notified. Please include as muchdetail as possible to ensure we correct any erroraccurately.Northern Contours may request the return ofwrong, defective, and damaged product forinspection as part of our aggressive qualitycontrol program. For product valued in excess of$100, Northern Contours will issue a pre-paid calltag or have the product shipped under ourshipper accounts.
