A new path to your goalsFor students on the path to the FMAdesignation who are currently enrolled in theWealth Management Techniques (WMT) courseCSI’s wealth management study path is changing. CSI will cease to award the FMAdesignation in favour of granting the more comprehensive and advanced Ch.P. StrategicWealth designation. If you are currently working towards the Financial ManagementAdvisor (FMA) designation and are enrolled in the Wealth Management Techniques(WMT) course, there are two options to consider:1. You are now eligible for advanced standing and cost savings when you transferto a new study path that leads to both the Certificate in Retirement Strategy(CRS) and the prestigious Ch.P. Strategic Wealth designation—the industry’s mostadvanced designation in high net worth wealth management.2. Or, continue on your current study path and qualify for the FMA designation.In order to do so, you will need to complete the WMT course within one yearfrom the date you originally enrolled.Why has the study path changed?• Leadership.
