This flyer aims tointroduce the Chartered Secretaries Qualifying Scheme (CSQS) which is one of the most broad‐based professionalqualifying schemes available.The CSQS is offered by ICSA, The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, based in London, which isthe international qualifying and membership body for the Chartered Secretary profession.CSQS comprises two levels, each with four modules, outlined below:Level 1 modules (3 rd year of degree level)Level 2 modules (Master’s level)Financial Reporting and AnalysisFinancial Decision MakingApplied Business LawStrategy in PracticeCorporate LawCorporate Secretarial PracticeCorporate Governance or Health Service Governance Chartered Secretaries Case Study (final test of competences)You can study via a variety of routes including:• Self study• Distance‐learning delivered by a tuition provider, such as Campbell’s College• Introductory and Revision courses organised by ILA in Luxembourg in cooperation with Campbell’s CollegeILA is partnering with Campbell’s College for the delivery of CSQS.
