RECOMMENDATIONS<br />

Further research based on a larger number <strong>of</strong><br />

subjects in various clinical settings is recommended<br />

and studies compare more diverse assessment tools<br />

in a specific clinical setting are suggested in order<br />

to derive the most effective tool.<br />
