Each chapter shall work to maintain adequate andcompetitive housing relative to its campus. Regardless of housing status, each chapter shall have a legal alumnicorporation in place to provide (or seeking to provide) housing for the chapter.To achieve accreditation for this Standard, the chapter and its members shall:- Have a written, executed lease our Housing Agreement with each man living in the house that outlines his resposibilitiesas well as his protections as a renter- Financially operate the house at level that breaks even at a minimum* 1. Each man living in the house has executed either a lease or a Housing Agreement that explains the expectationsand provides protection for both sides.
