2010-2011 Annual Report to the <strong>Fraternity</strong> - PREPARATION WORKBOOKUN-HOUSED CHAPTERSStandard #8 - Housing (Un-Housed Chapters)<strong>Theta</strong> <strong>Xi</strong> strives to provide each member a home away from home. Each chapter shall work to maintain adequate andcompetitive housing relative to its campus. Regardless of housing status, each chapter shall have a legal alumnicorporation in place to provide (or seeking to provide) housing for the chapter.To achieve accreditation for this Standard, the chapter and its members shall:- Contribute to an alumni association controlled housing or emergency fund for future use- If an alumni controlled housing or emergency fund does not exist, the chapter should maintain and annually donate to aseparate fund (such as a separate savings account) that according to chapter by-laws requires a 75% vote of themembership to access and spend* 1. To prepare for future needs and/or emergencies...
