<strong>Program</strong> Delivery Outline<br />

The 14 day program is provided to trainees in<br />

their community and consists of 3 main<br />

components:<br />

� Personal Empowerment <strong>Training</strong><br />

( B + T + F + A = R)<br />

� <strong>Rig</strong> Theory/Practical & Safety Ticket <strong>Training</strong><br />

� Job Maintenance <strong>Training</strong><br />

( F/ S/ N/ P)


Workplace <strong>Training</strong> Overview<br />

� Trainees complete the 14 days<br />

successfully.<br />

� An evaluation process is<br />

completed.<br />

� Marketing of successful trainees<br />

begins.
