Menus are subject to change without notice. Provisional and telephone bookings made will only be held for a maximum of 14 days. If nodeposit has been received by this time the booking will beconsidered cancelled, i.e., the Client’s booking is not confirmed until the <strong>Hotel</strong> has received a signed booking form together with the appropriate deposit.AccommodationFor accommodation bookings, we’ll ask for full pre-payment. Rates are subject to availability.ConfirmationAll bookings remain provisional until the <strong>Hotel</strong> receives and accepts a signed booking form together with a deposit of £20.00per person.AmendmentsWhere prior notice is given the <strong>Hotel</strong> will endeavour to accommodate additions to the client’s booking subject to availability.PaymentA non-refundable deposit of £20.00 per person by credit/debit card or cash/cheque is required on initial booking. No other liability is accepted.Cancellation by the ClientIf 4 weeks or more notice is received prior to the date of visit, the Client may transfer the booking to an alternative date(Subject to availability) however if an alternative date is not available the deposit is non-refundable. If less than 4 weeks’ notice is received prior to the date of visit no refundor transfer is available. Any cancellation will not be effective unless received by the <strong>Hotel</strong> in writing.CorkageNo alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks or food may be brought onto the <strong>Hotel</strong>’s premises. If the client’s party have been found to have brought in their own drinks, these will beconfiscated. Corkage charges will apply please contact the hotel for further detailsOutside ServicesThe Client may not arrange or contract for any entertainment at the <strong>Hotel</strong>’s premises. For the avoidance of doubt, kissograms, stripograms, etc are not permitted on the <strong>Hotel</strong>’spremises.Property and GoodsThe <strong>Hotel</strong> does not accept any responsibility for loss or damage to the Client’s property and goods. The <strong>Hotel</strong>’s employees are not authorised to accept responsibility for suchproperty and goods.Behaviour and DamageAbusive language and bad behaviours will not be tolerated and it is the party organiser’s responsibility to ensure that all persons behave appropriately. The hotel reserves theright to eject from the hotel premises any person in the party. The <strong>Hotel</strong> also reserves the right to eject from the <strong>Hotel</strong>’s premises any persons in the Client’s party, who in the<strong>Hotel</strong>’s opinion, engage in abusive language or bad behaviour. The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the <strong>Hotel</strong>’s premises by the Client’s party and shall payto the <strong>Hotel</strong>, on demand, the amount required to make good any such damage.
