PROline inspectionsystems are used e.g. for the inspection of electron beam,resp. laser welded components in the automotive industry.PROline is also suitable for complex industrial applications. When using this software the usercan access the ultrasonic raw data <strong>and</strong> process these with hisown software.The instrument software serves the representation of theultrasonic signals as well as of the ultrasonic parameters forall connected UT-<strong>services</strong>.The inspection plan administration is the central place forsetting all relevant inspection system parameters.


The system configuration hardware components (inspection channels,motors or controls etc.) are assigned to inspection applicationsin form of inspection stations.The inspection data representation is a software module that realizesthe online representation of the inspection results as image.The inspection data evaluation is performed inline <strong>and</strong>/or offline.In general all inspection data can be manually or automaticallyevaluated. ULTRASONIC PROBESULTRASONIC PROBESfor manual <strong>and</strong> mechanized/automated ultrasonic inspectionThe centerpiece of every ultrasonic inspection system is theultrasonic sensor, also named ultrasonic probe. Dependingon the application, a large choice of probes are available forthe manual or mechanized inspection. Typical are e.g. normal<strong>and</strong> TR probes, angle probes, immersion technique probes,Phased Array probes as well as high temperature probes.16A number of miniature <strong>and</strong> TOFD probes or wedges for PhasedArray probes are available for different applications suchas e.g. for the corrosion, weld seam or volume inspection.Some dedicaded probes are perfectly suitable for use in themechanized inspection.A large choice of ultrasonic probes offers a good price/performance ratio <strong>and</strong> is manufactured according to currentquality <strong>and</strong> application st<strong>and</strong>ards.Individual probe <strong>and</strong> sound beam characteristics can bedetermined <strong>and</strong> documented by <strong>VOGT</strong>.Application specific special probes can be offered accordingto your inquiry.
