LUB 20014-31 Restriction of Development on Slopes in Excess of 25%No development permit shall be issued for any building on a slope in excessof 25% as determined by site analysis.4-32 Side Yards on Corner LotsNotwithstanding anything else in this By-law, on a corner lot in any zone,except the TH-Zone, no part of any building or accessory building shall beerected closer to the lot line of the flanking street than twenty-five (25) feet,(7.62 metres).
