LUB 2001(a)(b)(c)(d)(e)(f)(g)(h)(i)(j)a business <strong>of</strong>fice;photography;arts and crafts;dressmaking, tailoring, music instruction, dancing, weaving,painting, sculpturing, moulding, or otherwise making orrepairing <strong>of</strong> garden or household ornaments, articles <strong>of</strong>clothing, personal goods, or toys;catering;pet grooming (does not include a kennel or pet boarding);broadcasting and dispatch;hairdressing;personal services; and,other uses consistent with a residence.6-3 Parking <strong>of</strong> Commercial Motor Vehicles(a)(b)No commercial motor vehicle shall be kept in an R-1, R-2, R-3,R-3A, and TH Zone except for one commercial vehicle notexceeding three-quarter ton capacity and used by the owneror occupant <strong>of</strong> the lot. (Amended April 2006Notwithstanding subsection (a), no commercial motor vehicleshall be kept or parked on any vacant lot in an R-1, R-2, R-3,R-3A, or TH Zone. (Amended April 20066-4 Reduced SetbackNotwithstanding anything else in this By-law, in any residential zone,structures built between existing buildings within two-hundred (200)feet, (60.96 metres) on the same block may be built with a setbackequal to the average setback <strong>of</strong> the adjacent buildings, but this depthshall not be less than ten (10) feet, (3.04 metres), from the lot line andneed be no greater than the setback regulations prescribed in thezone in which it is situated.60
