Disconnect all intake, discharge, and air lines. Drain the pump by turning itupside down and allowing any fluid to flow into a suitable container. Be aware ofhazardous effects of contact with your process fluid.The Wilden P15 and PV15 metal pumps utilize a revolutionary Pro-Flo ® airdistribution system. Proprietary composite seals reduce the co efficient of frictionand allow lube-free operation. The Pro-Flo ® air distribution system is designed toperform in on/off, non-freezing, non-stalling, tough duty applications.Step 1Loosen the air valve bolts utilizing a3/8" hex head wrench.Step 2Remove muffler plate and air valvebolts from air valve assemblyexposing muffler gasket forinspection.
