HEALTH OFFICE NEWSPHYSICALS FOR INCOMING 6 TH GRADERSIn October 2007, the State of Illinois changed the requirement for school physicals. Incoming5 th graders no longer need a school physical. The 2011-2012 school year, marks the third year thatincoming 6 th graders will need a school physical. These physicals are due to the RMS health officeupon registration.
