Decentralised agencies are structured in2 to 3 Departments. Depending on the size of the region the agencies serve,agencies may run additional locations to make sure that services are withinoptimum reach of clients. The departments are managed by Department Headswho are in charge of supervision of 10-20 social workers assigned to eachdepartment.
