Materials<br />
<strong>Torelli</strong> <strong>Cortona</strong><br />
Columbus Zonal, heat-treated after welding, with choice of several carbon forks. Columbus<br />
Zonal is a 7005 aluminum alloy. Zinc and Manganese are the main alloying ingredients. The<br />
top tube is 1.5mm at the butt and drawn down to 1.0 mm in the center of the tube<br />
Design<br />
Tig-welded in Italy, with the welds left natural. Our intent was to produce a bike with<br />
characteristics as close as possible to our very popular Spada, yet at a lower price. By<br />
painting the frame in Italy, using a Zonal front triangle and leaving the welds natural, we<br />
believe we really succeeded. It's an excellent entry-level race frame.<br />

Paint:All <strong>Cortona</strong> frames are painted in Italy. At the present time we stock it in the three<br />
colors shown above; Yellow, Blue and Italian Tricolor decor.<br />
The Spada is available in even sizes from 48 to 62 cm, measured center to center.
