This channel has to beglued to ensure the waterproofness of the system. Its low height of just 6 cmenables its integration to slabs limited by their thickness. The end cap/outletmade of PVC fits to each section of the channel, even if the channel was cut toanother length. This outlet fits also to the preformed knockouts located on thesides of the channel to enable the realisation of corners and transverseconnections. Possibility of vertical outlet to increase the drainage capacity of thechannel. Ideal for balconies, terraces, swimming pool surroundings, wetpremises, showers, etc...

Installation instructions for a load of 1,5 T per wheelThe concrete bed and the concreting have to be realised according to theabove shown sketches. In case of important slope or for a load exceeding1,5 tons, concrete till the lowest point of the edge of the channel.Various possibilities of connections withangles at 90° can easily be made (the redpart has to be fit last).CAN188 : 143 mmCAN177 : 105 mmCAB773 : 60 mmDig a trench with adaptedmeasurements (10 cmaround the channels).Realise the concretebedding according to therequired depth.Determine the outlet unit tobe used and its position inorder to ensure theconnection to the rainwaterpipe works.Hammer the desired outlet in andput into position the requiredoutlet/stop end fitting.For the CAB773 channel, hammerthe lateral outlet by the internal sideand drill the vertical outlet.The sections of the channelswhich fit to each other thanks toa male/female interlockingsystem have to be laid on theconcrete bedding.If needed, cut the last elementof the channel to adapt to therequired length.Install the U-PVC gratings. Youcan also screw them if you wishwith special screws.Knock the channel in with ahammer to get a good supportwith the concrete foundation.Connect the first channel section to therainwater pipe work.Realise concrete haunchings as describedabove.Fill in and make the finishing with pavingblocks for instance.
