This role uses consultingskills, business knowledge, and <strong>SAP</strong> solution expertise to effectively integrate <strong>SAP</strong> technology into the client’s business environmentin order to achieve client expected business results.S p e c i fic Duties and Responsibilities• The <strong>Consultant</strong> facilitates the implementation and support of <strong>SAP</strong> modules to enhance the clients’ business functionality andoverall performance, while maintaining a high degree of customer satisfaction• Analyze the current business processes and scenarios of the client and recommend/develop solutions to meet the clients need• Responsible primarily for successful implementation of <strong>SAP</strong>, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, andinstruction on <strong>SAP</strong> products to clients• Carry out complex or novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved procedures• Develop and evaluate plans and criteria to be carried out by others; provides direction and leadership• Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices• Manage or participate in <strong>SAP</strong> Business All-In-One implementations• Acts as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve software problems and map client businessrequirements, processes and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs• Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all organizational standardsQ u a l ifications• University degree in Information Technology, Engineering or equivalent industry experience• Proven 3 year experience with <strong>SAP</strong> <strong>HCM</strong> in the following areas: Payroll – Must have Time Evaluation – Must have Personnel Administration – Nice to have Organizational Management – Nice to have Talent Management – Nice to have Employee Self Service – Nice to have Manager Self Service – Nice to have Cross Application Time Sheet – Nice to have• Experience and knowledge of key integration points between <strong>SAP</strong> modules• Proven ability to meet deadlines and successfully complete of deliverables• Ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations• Strong ability to work in an open and collaborative team environment• Customer service-focused with strong desire to excel• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal. English and French fluency a good asset• Good interpersonal skills• Must be able to work independently as well as a team player and can manage own workload• Self-motivated, hardworking, flexible• Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision• Analytical, thorough, resourceful and concerned about details while not getting caught in details• Must be willing to travel in North America when required• At least one full lifecycle <strong>SAP</strong> R/3 implementation experience (Project Preparation till Go-Live); nice to have
