Preparation:<br />
Step 1 - Cover Equipment<br />
• Cover all sensitive cooking equipment like<br />
fryers, ranges and griddles before applying<br />
liquid cleaner overhead.<br />
Step 2 - Prepare Cleaning Solution<br />
• Fill SprayerOnABelt with cleaning solution.<br />
• Fill the 6-gallon ProBucket with clean water for rinsing<br />
(normal soil levels). Add cleaning solution for heavy cleaning.<br />
• Locate and assemble cleaning tools.<br />
Step 3 – Clean Corners/Tight Locations<br />
• Attach SwivelCornerBrush to either a 4 ft. or 8 ft. OptiLoc TM<br />
telescopic pole. For normal cleaning, spray solution directly onto<br />
bristles and scrub corners, cracks and crevices. For heavy cleaning,<br />
dip brush into bucket of solution prior to scrubbing.<br />
• Hood filters can be scrubbed in place for light cleaning.<br />
It is recommended to remove and clean thoroughly for heavier<br />
grease and soot buildup.<br />
Cleaning:<br />
Step 4a - Normal Soilage Hood Surface Cleaning<br />
• Slide Micro StripWasher ® sleeve over Swivel Strip T-Bar, then<br />
attach to telescopic pole.<br />
• Spay cleaning solution onto sleeve with the SprayerOnABelt.<br />
• Clean stainless surfaces, outside and underneath with the<br />
Micro StripWasher/Swivel Strip T-Bar.<br />
• Repeat use of SprayerOnABelt to dampen sleeve.<br />
Step 4b - Heavy Soilage Hood Surface Cleaning<br />
• Refill 6-gallon ProBucket with clean water and attach<br />
Bucket Sieve (QB060)<br />
• After loosening soil, dip Micro StripWasher/Swivel Strip T-Bar<br />
into clean water, press excess water out using Bucket Sieve<br />
and flush stainless surfaces.<br />
• Remove cleaning solution from hood surfaces using<br />
MicroWipeTM Step 5 - Hood Drying<br />
500 MicroFiber Cloth and Klett StripWasher.<br />
• Dry and polish surfaces.<br />
• Change cloth if wet.<br />
Step 6 - Storage<br />
• Rinse all tools in clear water after use.<br />
• Hang all tools to air dry.<br />
