Beingunder the influence of such substancescan create a serious risk to our safety andthe safety of others and will be regardedas serious misconduct. However, there isa limited exception for responsible use ofalcohol at business dinners or authorizedCompany events, provided all applicablelaws are followed.EnvironmentWe are committed to producing andmarketing products in an environmentallysound and responsible mannerand complying with all applicableHealth and SafetyWorkplace SafetyWe each have a right to work in a safeworkplace. To ensure our workplace is safe,we each have a personal responsibility toconduct our work in a safe manner and towatch out for and immediately report anyunsafe actions and/or conditions. If we areever asked to do a job that appears to beunsafe or that we have not been properlytrained to perform, we must notify ourimmediate supervisor or human resourceleader.
