TERMS AND CONDITIONS:1 The bidders who fulfill the prequalification required as per Col.7, 8 & 9 may participate intendering.2 Tenders are invited on 2-bid system i.e.(1) Technical cum Financial Capability evaluationBid.(2) Financial Bid.3 Technical cum Financial capability evaluation bid shall be opened on the date specified asabove. In case of any discrepancy in down loaded tenderdocuments, the one issued from the authorized offices shall be final.7 A prebid conference for replying the queries of the prospective bidders is proposed at12.00 noon in Office of the chief Engineer, U P. Jal Nigam, Moradabad Zone,Moradabad on 10.09.2012. Any query received after the above date shall not beentertained.8 Earnest money duly pledged in the name of Executive Engineer VI th Division, U. P. JalNigam, Bareilly should be submitted in the form of FDR/NSC/CDR/TDR/Bank Guranteeof a Nationalized Bank/ Post Office. Tenders without earnest money shall not beentertained.9 The tenderer should not have incurred any loss in more than two years during last 5years and should have a positive net worth.10 The U.P. Jal Nigam reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the bids withoutassigning any reason.11 In case of a holiday falling on the prescribed date the same shall be executed on thevery next working day.12 Joint venture is allowed for this work but in such a case it will be mandatory for thebidders to submit a legal proof with their prequalification bid with out which the tenderswith joint venture shall not be entertained for prequalification.13 The tenderers qualified in “Technical cum Financial capacity evaluation bid will have toget them selves registered with U.P.
