It works with young people aged 11 to 16 years from the Falkirk council area. Family Placement Services Edinburgh Edinburgh, City of This project provides a fostering service to children with a range of special needs who are unable to stay with their birth families. An additional initiative also provides a specialist fostering service to children and families from minority ethnic communities. The Project is also able to offer Psychotherapeutic services to children and adolescents. Freagarrach (Persistent Young Offenders Project) Falkirk Falkirk Falkirk This project provides programmes to divert persistent young offenders aged 12-16 from care or custody. Also offers programmes to divert 16-18 year old offenders from the Criminal Justice System. Hazel Grove Livingston West Lothian This project supports families with children aged 11 and under in West Lothian through a range of services. These include: Assessment and intensive support to parents/carers with children at risk. Lecropt School and Family Support Service Falkirk Falkirk This project provides community-based education and family support to children and young people aged between 5 and12 years with educational and social difficulties. Lighthouse Edinburgh Edinburgh, City of This service is aimed at changing the behaviour of young people with sexually challenging and problematic behaviour. Also aims to improve the protection for all young people by helping families and communities reduce risks presented by these young people. RAFT (Residential and Families Together) Edinburgh Edinburgh, City of This project provides residential care for children aged 5 to 12 years who have had multiple placement breakdowns and for whom immediate family placement is unsuitable. Helps children work through past experiences and prepare them for their next placement. Family finding and ongoing support to the child and carers.
