Professor Dr. Henning Kagermann is chairman of the<br />

Executive Board of <strong>SAP</strong> AG <strong>and</strong> CEO. From 1998 to 2003,<br />

together with Hasso Plattner, cofounder of <strong>SAP</strong>. Following<br />

Board in May 2003, Kagermann became sole chairman of<br />

the Executive Board of <strong>SAP</strong> AG <strong>and</strong> CEO. Kagermann<br />

Léo Apotheker has been a member of the Executive<br />

Board of <strong>SAP</strong> AG <strong>and</strong> president of Customer Solutions<br />

<strong>and</strong> Operations since 2002. In this role, he is responsible for<br />

all of <strong>SAP</strong>’s customer operations, including consulting,<br />

education <strong>and</strong> training, sales, marketing, small <strong>and</strong> midsize<br />

business, <strong>and</strong> fi eld services. Prior to that, he was president<br />

of <strong>SAP</strong> Europe, Middle East, <strong>and</strong> Africa (<strong>SAP</strong> EMEA) from<br />

1999 to 2002. Since joining <strong>SAP</strong> in 1988, Apotheker has held<br />

other positions within the company, including CEO <strong>and</strong><br />

founder of <strong>SAP</strong> France <strong>and</strong> <strong>SAP</strong> Belgium (1995–1997) <strong>and</strong><br />

president of the <strong>SAP</strong> Southwest Europe region (1997–1999).

HOW TO REGISTER<br />

You can register for <strong>SAP</strong>PHIRE ’07 Vienna online at www.sap.com/emea/<strong>sapphire</strong> or<br />

use the attached registration form. Once your registration is complete, you will receive<br />

a confi rmation e-mail. Entrance badges <strong>and</strong> complete instructions, including personal<br />

registration numbers, will be sent to all confi rmed registrants approximately two weeks<br />

prior to the event.<br />

TICKET DESCRIPTION<br />

The ticket includes keynote presentations, exhibit hall access, presentation sessions, the<br />

Rules <strong>and</strong> Regulations<br />

Only new registrations are eligible for the group booking. Current active registrants<br />

of <strong>SAP</strong>PHIRE ’07 Vienna do not qualify. The promotion is exclusively applicable to<br />

<strong>SAP</strong>PHIRE ’07 Vienna full-conference tickets. This regis tration promotion cannot be<br />

combined with any other promotion. <strong>SAP</strong> reserves the right to cancel <strong>and</strong>/or modify this<br />

program at any time. This offer expires when the conference reaches sold-out status.


PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS<br />

For all early-bird registrations, payment must be received by March 30, 2007. For all<br />

other registrations, payment must be received prior to the event. Please be advised that<br />

your registration is not considered confi rmed until payment has been received in full. All<br />

registrants must pay 20% Austrian VAT. Registration is not considered paid unless VAT<br />

has been included with each registration payment. Once pay ment has been received, a tax<br />

invoice will be made available for you to print via the Web site <strong>and</strong> automatically sent to<br />

you via post. Please note that all payments must be made in euros.<br />

Payment can be made by one of the following methods:<br />

• Bank transfer<br />

Once you have completed your registration, you can print a pro forma invoice via the Web<br />

site. Alternatively, call the registration offi ce <strong>and</strong> arrange for it to be sent to you via post.<br />

The pro forma invoice will include all details needed for a bank transfer. When making<br />

your payment, please be sure to state your name, company name, <strong>and</strong> pro forma invoice<br />

number. All fees incurred in connection with bank transfers should be paid by<br />

the person making the transfer<br />

• Cheque<br />

Once you have completed your registration, you can print a pro forma invoice via the Web<br />

site. Alternatively, call the registration offi ce <strong>and</strong> arrange for it to be sent to you via post.<br />

The pro forma invoice will give full details of payee name <strong>and</strong> where to send your cheque.<br />

• Credit card<br />

Please enter your credit card details when making your registration online or complete<br />

the attached form. Please ensure that you include the cardholder name <strong>and</strong> cardholder<br />

address if different from your registration details.<br />

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION<br />

All cancellations must be received in writing. Please fax your cancellation notice to<br />

+44 (0) 1252 77 1730, or send an e-mail to sap@regteam.com before April 27, 2007.<br />

Cancellations received after April 27, 2007, as well as registrants not attending without<br />

cancelling, will be liable for the full registration fee.<br />

REGISTRATION SUBSTITUTIONS<br />

Substitutions must be received in writing, must be addressed to the registration offi ce,<br />

<strong>and</strong> must include the names of both the original <strong>and</strong> the substitute registrants.<br />

EVENT CANCELLATION<br />

In the event that <strong>SAP</strong>PHIRE ’07 Vienna is cancelled, registrants will be refunded the<br />

registration fee only. Cancellation of travel reservations <strong>and</strong> hotel reservations is the<br />

exclusive responsibility of the registrant.<br />

HOTEL CANCELLATION POLICY<br />

By making a reservation with the <strong>SAP</strong> registration offi ce or the <strong>SAP</strong> conference Web site, you<br />

expressly agree that, in the event of a cancellation of a hotel reservation after close of business<br />

on April 27, 2007 (6:00 p.m. CET) or a no-show on the reservation date, your credit card will<br />

be automatically debited by the hotel for the total number of nights of your reservation.<br />

NO-SHOW – If you are not able to utilize your room on the original date of arrival, you are<br />

obliged to inform the registration offi ce in writing to notify them that you will be arriving<br />
