Treating children with hand problems is a unique privilege andchallenge. The first <strong>European</strong> <strong>Symposium</strong> on Pediatric Hand Surgeryat Zurich in 2008 has demonstrated vivid interest of many surgeonsand hand therapists to share their experience in a platformdedicated to all aspects of children's hands.All members of the last meeting have supported their interest inparticipating in a second symposium in Milan in 2011. Furtheroutstanding surgeons have joined our faculty so we look forwardto state of the art lectures and discussions that profit of theirprofound knowledge.Milan is a vibrant city with good public transport and direct flightsto most <strong>European</strong> centres.
