Tickets Exhibitors have the possibility to purchase tickets for € 6,00 (one day ticket) and € 12,00 (three day ticket) plus legal VAT, to resell to their own customers. Passes Each exhibitor receives free passes according to the stand area: 1 – 50 m 2 : 4 passes 50 – 100 m 2 : 6 passes > 100 m 2 : 10 passes Conditions of participation CUSTOMBIKE 2010 – Motorcycle fair for customized and exclusive bikes and accessories Participation at the Custombike2009 trade fair is governed by the „General Terms and Conditions for Exhibtions“ and the following „Conditions for Participation“, as well as supplementary organisatorial and technical exhibitor informations/regulations supplied to the exhibitor prior to the event. Fee for each additional pass: € 7,00 plus VAT – 5 – 9. Registration deadline November 15th 2010 – or prior if all intended surfaces are occupied. Assignment of the available space is made in accordance to the receipt of the registration. Any applications/registrations received after November 15th 2010, can only be considered to the extent that there is still exhibtion area available in the specific trade sector. 10. Rental prices in the exhibition halls Each m 2 of stand or part of thereof Row stand (open to one side): € 28,- Corner stand (open to two sides): € 30,- End stand (open to three sides): € 32,- Block stand (open to four sides): € 34,- All prices are subject to the addition of VAT. The minimum size of stand area is 12m 2 . The type of stand depends on the planned layout; exhibitors have no entitlement to a certain type of stand or size, however where possible the requests of exhibitors will be met. The stand rental fee covers: Rental of the stand area during times of assembly, exhibition and dismantling, power connection with 3 kw included consumption, the general electric ligthing of the exhibiton halls and general cleaning of circulation areas, as well as general security services. Resounding Columns and Wall Portrusions are components of the assigned stand surface an do not reduce the rent. Limiting walls of the stand are not contained int the surface rented. 11. Payment terms 25 % of payment is due two weeks after receipt of the confirmation of order. The residue is payable till 15th october 2010. Bills issued after the 15th october 2010, are due in full immedately. Deadline for applications is the 15th november 2010. All payments must quote the billing number. All invoices must be paid in full to the exhibitor to finally reserve the space assigned. 12. Modifications The organizer reserves the right to move, limit or change in their dimension the area ordered by the exhibitor and made available to the exhibitor. This does not entitle the exhibitor to withdraw from the rental contract. 13. Co-exhibitors and representants of third party companies Co-exhibitors are companies which appear on the stand of the exhibitor with their own staff and exhibits. It must be clear even without spatial divide that this exhibitor is independent. Sharing exhibitors will only be admitted, if the questions on the applica-tion form for sharing exhibitors have been fully completed and the conditions for participation at the event are met. Sharing exhibitors are subject to the same conditions as exhibitors. 14. Exhibition catalog Each exhibitor receives a free standard entry in the exhibiton catalog, as well as a PR-article in the exhibition catalog. A seperate price list for further advertisment can also be gladly provided. The organizer, the Huber Verlag GmbH & Co. KG expressly state, that apart from the printers commissioned to produce the catalog for the exhibition, no third party has been ordered or authorised to produce exhibitor registers, in particular registers after the fair has been held.
