There have just been a few changes (nothing bad). I no longer take the Valerian Root,attend YMCA swim classes, or do physical therapy. Instead, I do several exercises at home (including mowing mygrass with a self-propelled mower.- Jan <strong>2010</strong> – I’m still doing several exercises at home and mowing my grass with a self-propelled mower. I got someleg weights for Christmas 2009, so I’ve been walking with them 3 days a week as well.MY STORYMy Quest for LDN - May 2005Hi, I’m in my early thirties and was diagnosed in October 2001 with Relapsing Remitting MS.
