A full copyof the plan is available on the Council’swebsite (www.carrickfergus.org) andall feedback on the plan is particularlywelcome.The Cohesion Strategy is alreadybeginning to be rolled out with almost£300,000 in funding secured from theDSD for an environmental improvementscheme of Carrickfergus Promenadeand work has just begun on the firstpart of this. The scheme will take placein sections and phase one will giveratepayers and visitors a sense of howthe overall regeneration scheme willappear when completed.
