®Lyocol W2S pdr.Dispersing agent for denim fabric with indigo and sulphur dyes. Lyocol W2S pdr. is anionicdispersing agent suitable and cellulosics with vat-acid process.Properties• Compatible with all anionic and nonionic auxiliaries.• Stabilizes dye dispersions and helps to increase thestandard of fastness and the levelness of the dyeings.• It has virtually no retarding effect on vat and disperse dyes.• Prevents precipitation or filtration of the dyes.ApplicationsVat dyesStock VatThe stability of stock vats can be improved considerably by adding 10 - 15 ml/l Lyocol W2S pdr. Theproduct must be added to the dye dispersion before it is vatted. An addition of Lyocol W2S pdr isstrongly advised in the vatting of highly concentrated powder and paste grades containing very littledispersing agent.Jig dyeing4 ml/l Lyocol W2S pdr is added to improve the stability of the dye liquor.
