Management Decision-Making Competencies• Participates in the identification of the key information needs of an entity• Participates in the identification of the entity’s key performance indicators• Identifies and/or evaluates acquisition or sourcing decision factors (IT or other)• Monitors and evaluates product pricing and costing systems• Evaluates make-or-buy decision factors• Evaluates transfer-pricing options• Analyzes variances within costing systems/budget• Prepares an entity’s budget• Prepares a cash flow projection• Improves the information gathering infrastructure6.
