as long as I am alive32. And has made medutiful to my mother,and He has not mademe insolent, unblessed.33. And peace be onme the day when I wasborn, and the day I willdie and the Day I willbe raised alive.`34. That was Isa, the sonof Maryam - astatement of truth aboutwhich they are indispute.35. It is not (befitting) forAllah to take a son.Glory be to Him! WhenHe decrees a matter,He only says to it, `Be`and it is.36. (Isa said), `Andindeed, Allah is myLord and your Lord, soworship Him. This is astraight path.`37. But the sects amongthem differed, so woeto those who disbelievefrom the witnessing ofa great Day.38. How (clearly) theywill hear and see theDay they will come toUs, but today thewrongdoers are in clearerror.39. And warn them, ofthe Day of Regret,when the matter hasbeen decided. And theyare in (a state of)heedlessness, and theydo not believe.40. Indeed, We willinherit the earth andwhoever is on it, and toUs they will bereturned.41. And there is none ofyou but will pass overit. This is upon yourLord an inevitabilitydecreed.72. Then We will deliverthose who feared Allahand leave thewrongdoers thereinbent on their knees.73. And when Our clearVerses are recited tothem, those whodisbelieve say to thosewho believe, `Which ofthe two groups is betterin position and best inassembly?`74. And how many ageneration We havedestroyed before themwho were better inpossessions andappearance?75.
