New NAEDO Architecture (16 May 2013) - Altech NuPay

Dear Merchants 16 May 2013NEW NAEDO ARCHITECTUREAs per our previous communication, we will be launching our new and improved NAEDO Architecture soon. We arepleased to advise that the testing has commenced in a live pilot environment, and the stability and accuracy of the newarchitecture has exceeded all our expectations. Due to this positive feedback, we have decided to move the go live datefor implementation to Sunday 09 June 2013.We would like to reiterate that all owners are required to complete a Super User Resolution, which will enable you tocreate individual users in your organization with their own access rights. This will allow you to manage users at anygiven time. Should you not have completed the new Super User resolution already, we would like to urge you tocomplete it as soon as possible and send it back to your Customer Relationship Consultant, with a copy of your ID. Wehave attached a template of the Super User Resolution which needs to be completed on your company letter head.We will be sending out more information as well as various screenshots of the new NAEDO website over the next fewweeks which will give you an idea of what to expect with the new architecture. Training material and videos will also bemade available to all merchants prior to the new architecture being implemented.In our first communication we gave you a screenshot of the new login page. Once logged in you will be directed to thenew product selection page. The product selection will have all the Altech NuPay product offerings. Currently only theNAEDO selection will be made available for selection (the available selection will be blue in color).
