In additionif the calf is over six (6) months of age the Lot entered is to be rejoined and P.T.I.C.b) Where the purchaser submits a veterinary report to a vendor that an unjoined heifer can not be got in calfwithin twelve (12) months of the date of sale, the vendor is liable to refund the purchase price in full, lessselling costs to the buyer. These conditions do not apply where a female is entered into an embryo transplantprogram.DNA:If a bull is not DNA tested and is to be used as a sire in a registered herd a Hair or DNA sample must be suppliedwith the transfer of the animal. The DNA test and transfer of the animal is to be paid by the vendor.Transfers:All animals are registered with the AUSTRALIAN SIMMENTAL BREEDERS ASSOCIATION Ltd and are eligiblefor transfer.
