NAUTILUSSubmersible pumps▪▪Tested and certified to DIN 14425▪▪Lightest submersible pump in its class▪▪Tried-and-trusted Rosenbauer pump technology

Rosenbauer - NAUTILUSNAUTILUS submersible pumpsUnbeatably light, easy to handleRosenbauer have now been developingand manufacturing a wide rangeof pumps for fire brigade use for 100years. Now, Rosenbauer are proudto launch our first submersible pumpwith electric motor into the fire andrescue market place. The NAUTILUS submersible pumpsare tested and certified accordingto DIN 14425 “Portable submersiblepumps with electric motor” as well asto the “Submersible pumps” standardsheet of the ÖBFV (Austrian FederalFire Brigade Association). With a total weight ofjust 30 kg (includingcable), the NAUTILUS8/1 is one of thelightest submersiblepumps of its class.2

NAUTILUS - RosenbauerFlat suction: With theNAUTILUS 4/1 a minimal watervolume of just 4 mm remains.Easy to carryWith a total weight of just 30 kg (including cable),the NAUTILUS 8/1 is one of the lightest submersiblepumps in its class. And at only approximately 20 kg,the NAUTILUS 4/1 is extremely lightweight too.The two handles of both NAUTILUS 8/1 andNAUTILUS 4/1 are shaped facing outwards to ensureoptimum ergonomics when carried and to preventcollision with the fire figther or fire fighters carryingthe unit.Integrated flat suctionThe NAUTILUS pumps are ideallysuited to flat suction and followingpumping out at full power, a minimalwater volume remains:• NAUTILUS 8/1: ca. 8 mm• NAUTILUS 4/1: ca. 4 mmThe flat suction is fully integrated intothe pump, which makes the removalof the suction grill or the mounting ofan additional device unnecessary.3

Rosenbauer - NAUTILUSQuick attachment of working lineAn eye in the pump cover is specifically provided to attach the carabiner on theworking line. This feature allows you to use the working line to securely loweror retrieve the NAUTILUS.The pumps benefit from a very narrowconstruction. On one hand, this makesit easy to store in a space-savingway on the fire department vehicle, and on the other hand, it allows forefficient deployment in narrow ductsor wells.4

Rosenbauer - NAUTILUSNAUTILUS 8/1Certified to DIN 14425 type 8/1 andstandard sheet “submersible pumps”of the ÖBFV.The pump deliberately operates withouterror-prone electronics such asan automatic direction of rotationdevice. With direction of rotation indicatoron the CEE plug / motor protectionon/off switch. You can easilychange the direction of rotation byusing a phase changer on the plug.Output Power NAUTILUS 8/1The output of the NAUTILUS 8/1 is17 % higher than the minimumrequirement according toDIN 14425 at 1 bar.
