Proof of Middle School age is required (report cd, sch. ID) FIELD HOUSE SCHEDULING INFORMATION Open play schedule for basketball and volleyball will be posted on the 3rd Monday of the prior month. All Open Play programs are free to residents of the Greater Boca Raton Beach & Park District and the City of Boca Raton. Proof of residency is required. Non-residents will be charged $5.00 for Open Play. The weekly open play schedule can be obtained by calling (561) 347-3915. The Sugar Sand Park Field House will not be conducting activities from Thursday, Sep 1 through Monday, Sep 5, due to the resurfacing of the gymnasium floor. The office will be open during this time: Thursday, 8:00am--10:30pm, Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, closed Saturday through Monday. Activities will resume on Tuesday, Sep 6, 8:00am. ADULT FITNESS CLASSES Classes run continuously and must be used within a 10-week period (based on purchase date). Class cards will be issued. MOM / CHILD CLASSES The Sugar Sand Park field House in cooperation with One Family Place, Maternity & Pediatrics Boca Raton Community Hospital, offer the following Prenatal and Postnatal classes. FITMOM BOOTCAMP This workout is perfect for new moms who want to lose weight, strengthen and tone their body, and have fun meeting other new moms with their babies/toddlers. This boot camp class focuses on a variety of low-impact cardio drills, strength training exercises and core strengthening to get you energized and back in shape! Doctors’ written release is required at registration if baby is less than 8 weeks old. First class is free. Each player’s signature (see the Registration Packet) is required. • Teams must have 2/3 residents on their roster to meet resident team status. under 2/3 residents will be listed as a non-resident team. • Registration packets are available beginning Monday, January 23 at Sugar Sand Park Field House, Monday-Saturday 8am-10pm, and Sunday 10am-5pm. • Registration will be taken on a first come basis.
