Any disturbance of the buffer area shall adhere to Best ManagementPractices, (BMP’s) For Forestry, in streamside management zones, promulgated by theSC Forestry Commission.(H) Minimum lot size shall be based on soil conditions and county Health Departmentrequirements for on-site wastewater disposal systems and water supplies.
