The Tender will be opened at 3.00 P.M. on the same day.3. Taxes , octroi if any should be mentioned separately.4. Material to be delivered at Mint on door delivery basis5. Quotation should be valid for 90 days from the date of opening.6 . If materials are not delivered in time, Mint reserve the right toprocure from any alternate source at the risk and cost of the supplier.7. Delivery Period: 04 weeks after receipt of P.O.8. Payment will be made within 30 days after receipt of material ingood condition.9. Please mention your VAT Registered No. in your Qtn. Invariably VATRegistration Certificate to be attached along with Quotation. Failingwhich your quotation will not be considered.10. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this inquiry shall bedeemed to have arised in Mumbai and is subject to jurisdiction of theMumbai Courts.11. Liquidated damages :- If the ordered work/supply is not completed tothe entire satisfaction of India Govt.
