The information that maybe completed prior to the exam process includes: Name, contact details, medical history andmedication, allergies etc.It is not acceptable to include any information on skin analysis, skin type or conditions that arenon-medical. Nor is it acceptable to include information on current or proposed treatment advice,or homecare.
