He comes to the<strong>Chamber</strong> with over 15 years <strong>of</strong> experience inthe service industry as a manager and developmentadministrator. Bret has extensive workexperience directly related to the marketing,event planning and membership developmentneeds <strong>of</strong> the <strong>Chamber</strong>.Bret most recently served Sacred HeartAcademy and Parish as the Director <strong>of</strong> Developmentwith responsibility for all fundraisingefforts. He is married to Carol andthey have two boys, Brooks and Colton.“As a <strong>Chamber</strong> we need to continue toexpand the collaboration with local businesses,the Convention & Visitors Bureau, the city,county and township organizations as wellas CMU and the Saginaw Chippewa IndianTribe. PleasántThree Community Members Volunteer as Co-Race DirectorsThis June the <strong>Chamber</strong> celebrates the 5th Annual LeTour de Mont Pleasánt on June 7th, 8th and 9th! Lisa Hadden,previous <strong>Chamber</strong> President & CEO, will serve as a Race Co-Director on a volunteer basis along with two new communityvolunteer Race Directors. Ben Rollenhagen, Instructor andPED/Sports Skill <strong>of</strong> Fitness at CMU and a local cyclist states,“It is a pleasure and honor to serve as a Co-Director for thisyear’s Le Tour de Mont Pleasánt. This is, in my experience asa racer, one <strong>of</strong> the most unique, most challenging and just plainfun set <strong>of</strong> races in the state. I am very excited to work withthe other directors to bring the race to <strong>Mt</strong> <strong>Pleasant</strong> for yetanother year!”Be a Volunteer forLe Tour de Mont Pleasánt!Join us on June 7th, 8th and 9th for thisone <strong>of</strong> a kind national bicycle race!
